As we have mentioned, every submission was TOO GOOD. We can’t believe the effort everyone put into the costumes, and we really had a lot of fun with all the drop-offs, visits, and build-up to the DAY OF JUDGMENT.
Wilma judged her entries based first on laugh factor. After that, skill and construction as well as comfort all factored in. She sure doesn’t know shit about sewing or knitting, so don’t take it personally, haha!
Again, it was next to impossible to choose winners, and so that is why we are rewarding everyone gift certificates. This was very difficult.
Jen Moffatt ESPECIALLY loved @Wilmathedog’s cape, made by @MlleBellaFox and wanted to give her prize to the maker of that. We all loved that cape, and Wilma loved wearing it to parties. So congrats, @MlleBellaFox, you have won an $80 gift certificate from Jen and a nod for one of our overall most luxurious entries.
Adrian was the biggest fan of both @necromandrea and Jason’s, but in the end chose to give his $80 gift certificate to Jason, for his amazing knitting skills and knack for amazing fit.

Everyone of these were my favourites, I could barely choose!
The first prize was so hard to not make into a tie, but I can’t go broke with gift certificates, so I had to choose just one. The first prize of $350 goes to @cyanimator for laugh value and ridiculosity. It’s too funny. It couldn’t not win.
Hot on the heels, almost piggybacking is a prize of $200 going to @necromandrea for the unbelivably well-constructed sweater. its funny, it fits great, and it makes her walk funny. That’s all I needed!
I am giving away TWO $100 gift certificates, one to @burcuaroo/@pinkdresses/Burcu for the truly beautiful proper and formal holiday dress. It’s so pretty and classic, and a lot of work went into the fitting, so thank you. And secondly, one to Laura Rooker from the UK for her amazing entry and hard work. She also was very prompt and the first entrant! Thanks Laura, can’t wait to tattoo you this April!
Onika, your costume was HILARIOUS. I loved it. The photos of it are some of the best, in my opinion. I have a $60 gift certificate here for you and hopefully we can start something fun in the new year! WIlma mixed and matched her headband with a lot of her outfits, btw.
And @janeovision, good god damn is that princess costume cute. She wore it a lot, and she got a lot of compliments on it from strangers when I took her out in it. I was totally hoping someone would submit one like yours, so thank you for the ice princess dress! I have $60 for you here as a gift certificate, and hope you’ll find something awesome to use it on!
